The workshop includes a presentation of available features and apps included in Office 365, based on known pressure points. An overview of how they can be utilized to create better project management, document flow, communication and knowledge sharing.
The workshop reviews and uncovers the autonomous system, found in most organisations. We use the term "the hidden admin factory". We focus on all the random small systems that emerge across departments. Systems created outside the main infrastructure, to cover the gaps not filled by the existing IT systems.
The workshop will uncover if your organisation have the right licenses and if they're used correctly. Could you do with less, or do you need an upgrade, to access better features? Are the apps you pay for implemented correctly across the organisation?
